This weekend at the 7pm Mass in St John XXIII Clooney and at the 11am Mass in St Mary’s Church Quin we welcome the children and families of those preparing for First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Please continue to keep the children, along with their teachers and parents in your prayers as they continue in their preparation.
On Wednesday 6th May, children preparing for Confirmation in both schools in the parish, with their parents, will gather in St Mary’s Church Quin at 7pm for the Ceremony of Light in preparation for Confirmation.
A word of thanks to all who contributed to the appeal last weekend to help educate students for the priesthood and lay ministry. Your generosity will help the gift of faith in our diocese to be nourished and supported.

Every Thursday from 12noon in St Mary’s Church Quin there is an opportunity for quiet silent prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. Please consider giving some time on a Thursday to quiet prayer in the Lord’s presence.
