Fr. Donal O’Dea

The death has occurred of Fr. Donal O’Dea (Columban Fathers) St. Columban’s, Dalgan Park, Navan and late of Quin, Co. Clare and the Philippines mission, 26th July 2019, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at St. Gabriel’s Ward, Mater Hospital, Dublin. Fr. Donal, pre-deceased by his parents Stephen and Nell; sisters Sr. Rita (Columban Sisters), Sr. Mary (Columban Sisters); brothers Fr. Seamus (Killaloe Diocese), Paddy (Quin, Co. Clare); sister-in-law Catherine. Very deeply regretted by his brother Paul; sister-in-law Eileen; nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, extended family, Columban Family and friends in Ireland and the Philippines.

Reposing at St. Columban’s, Dalgan Park, Navan, on Sunday from 4.30 o’clock, with evening prayer at 7.30 o’clock. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11 o’clock followed by burial in the Community Cemetery.
